1. Purchase a Sealy or Sealy Posturepedic® mattress or bed set from a franchised Sealy Posturepedic® dealer.
2. SMS Sealy, store name, branch name and invoice number to 35543.
3. Competition closes 30 June 2010.
4. Twenty customers will stand a chance to win a cash prize to the value of R10 000 each.
5. On the entry draw date at the end of February, March, April, May and June, four customers will be drawn who will then be validated by the retailer and contacted by Sealy.
6. This competition is not open to the employees of Sealy or their families. Nor is it open to their advertising agencies, life partners, members, agents or consultants of Sealy.
7. In order to participate without the consent of a legal guardian, participants must be 18 years or older.
8. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Prize winners, on acceptance of prizes, may be requested to participate in publicity for broadcast or publishing purposes.
10. If required, as a result of changes in legislation, Sealy shall have the right to terminate this promotion immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against Sealy, its agents and promoters.
11. Sealy cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions and /or technical failures throughout this promotion.
12. An SMS is charged at R3. Allocated free minutes that may form part of your monthly cellular subscription will not apply.
